As a baby, As soon I could eat, my mum fed me home-made meals. It was mostly dhal (lentil soup) and rice.  Everyone ate the same thing. No allergies, no whinging or complaining. It was normal  for my mum to eat spicy food when she was preganant and normal for me to eat spicy food from childhood.  This is what we Indians do. In the village, my parents and grandparents grew everything, even made our own coconut oil.  The only food item they bought was flour. 

SPICES are not only tasty — it comes with a plethora of health benefits. SPICES can be used in either sweet or savory dishes. Most of it is so delightful that it  will leave your taste buds asking for more.

One of the things that people find intimidating about cooking with SPICES is they don't know what to do with it? how much to use? which dishes to use it in? What will it taste like? However, I find that as soon as people are able to identify,  understand and learn about the individual SPICES, then suddenly they know what to do with it.  

I am on the quest to teach you how to use a variety of plant-based ingredients and  create,  amazing food using variety of heavenly and luscious SPICES. My goal is to empower you with knowledge, skills and abilities so you can  create most exquisite, quick and easy meals to enjoy everyday and  reap the incredible health benefits.
