Empowering, Enriching, Engaging, Informative, Fun and Interactive Presentation.
Participants will gain valueable and practical knowledge about the secrets of SELF-CARE & How to live like a villager in modern world.

Self-care is about engaging in activities and behaviours that  has a positive effect on our mental, emotional and physical health. There is no one thing or even a list of things that encompasses self-care. It is different for each person. However, the end goal is always the same: to reduce stress, preserve relationships, maintain a beneficial work/life balance, and nurture our overall health and well-being.

Self-care is a personal matter therefore we understand that everyone’s wants and needs will be different.  We make self-care  relaxing, enjoyable, and  downright fun.  This is why we offer a variety of hands on activities to empower, enrich and engage the whole group.  There is abundance of practical knowledge and  information shared during a fun-filled and interactive presentation. While we will be working as a team, individually you will learn and take home what works for you.

NOTE: The one day activities are suggestions and a guide only - Each presentation will be tailor-made that is meaningful to the group and their goals.  
You can choice to have a minimum of 1  hour session - Just let us know what you like to acheive? Which age group? When? Where?

8.30 - 9.00 Arrive -  Registration.

9.00 - 9.30 - Welcome & Introduction to How to become a " Self-Care Guru"

9.30-10.30 -  Visit Roushini's  Village life - Learn the secrets of village lifestyle.

10. 30 - 11.00: Good Mood Food starts with Romance with Spices - Morning Tea

11.00 - 12.30:  How your magical hands  cares for you?

12.30 - 2.00pm:  Good Mood Food starts with Romance with Spices Cook & Eat lunch.

2.00 - 3.00pm: - Relaxation with your inner Rainbow.

3.00 - 4.30:   Find your Passion & make it happen -  Move, Create & Express

4.30 - 5pm Awards - Feedback - Farewell.
