It was just wonderful to have three generations cooking together.

In 2015 I attended two of Roushini’s VEGAN cooking courses. My daughter in law, Amida and granddaughter Makeda, age 10 years also attended one of the courses
Roushini made the course fun. She made us feel welcomed and relaxed.

The whole session was informative, had abundance of nutrition content and lots of tips about how to use herbs and spices.
Roushini's knowledge about variety of wholesome food is of very high standard. She has educated me so much about food as medicine. I am more food conscious now then I was ever before.
Roushini is so loving and passionate about children. She included my granddaughter Makeda throughout the session. Makeda loved it. She got to make Chapatti and curry, which she still talks about.
It was just wonderful to have three generations cooking together. Amida’s partner is vegetarian so the recipes have added to the range of suitable meals.
Roushini knows how to make cooking FUN and inclusive for all ages and genders.
We look forward to attending more courses in 2016.
